We want to deliver grass-fed milk grown in the great outdoors of Hokkaido.
We're serious about grass-fed milk

Grass-fed milk is milk that comes from cows that are fed grass.
You might think that it's natural for cows, which are herbivores, to eat grass, but the reality is that on many farms, they are fed grains to increase milk production.
In addition to its rich flavor and taste, grass-fed milk is said to have dementia-preventing and anti-cancer properties, and has been attracting a lot of attention in Europe and the United States in recent years, and is gradually becoming more well-known in Japan as well.
Cows growing freely at Hagiwara Farm in Hokkaido
Hagiwara

Hagiwara Farm operates a free-range dairy farm in the Okhotsk region of Hokkaido. Good milk comes from good pasture. Good pasture comes from good soil. The best grass-fed milk is produced by focusing on soil and pasture cultivation without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
While it is said that 1 hectare of pasture per cow is ideal for grass-fed farming, the cows are raised in a small number of areas, 30 cows, on 60 hectares. They are raised in a relaxed, stress-free environment, roaming the pasture freely day and night, except when they are milked twice a day. Healthy cows raised in a natural environment rarely get sick, do not require antibiotics, and produce healthy grass-fed milk.
We want to deliver the deliciousness of nature directly to our customers.

In the distribution of raw milk, raw milk from hundreds of farms is collected at one dairy manufacturer, where it is mixed and processed into dairy products. Therefore, the individuality of the dairy farmer is not reflected in the product.
Milk Design purchases single-origin grass-fed milk from Hagiwara Farm through its own distribution channel and processes it fresh on the same day.
We deliver dairy products made from 100% grass-fed milk, a rare ingredient that is rarely available on the market.
This supreme grass-fed milk, born from the ingenuity of our producers, offers our customers an unprecedented experience.
