Our job is to deliver the producers' passion to our customers.
Our company manufactures and sells dairy products using grass-fed milk. We use 100% fresh milk harvested in the morning and ship our products directly from Nishiokoppe Village, Hokkaido. While many farms feed their cows grains, grass-fed milk comes from cows that are raised on grass. Our CEO was attracted to the appeal of this milk not only for its deliciousness, but also for its health, environmental, and animal welfare benefits. In addition, he moved to Japan in 2020 as a local revitalization volunteer because he wanted to contribute to domestic dairy farming and dairy products. His mission is to "create the best customer experience with the smiles of our producers." We would like to produce our products from farms that produce special milk and distribute them nationwide.
We are looking for staff to produce milk, dairy products, and ice cream.
We are recruiting new full-time employees. You will be involved in a wide range of work, from manufacturing milk and ice cream to receiving orders and shipping. In the future, we would like you to take on production management as a leader in charge of manufacturing operations. It is difficult to develop and release a product, as it requires a lot of trial and error, but when we overcome these obstacles and see the product that we have commercialized selling in stores and being accepted by customers, we feel a great sense of accomplishment. Another attractive point is that since the company is still small, each employee has a big impact. Each member's idea is directly connected to the "thank you" of the customer, and you can feel that your work is connected to society. There is also a system where you can take home your own products, so you can check the quality of the products yourself.
