This is pasteurized grass-fed milk. It is rich in beta-carotene derived from pasture grass, so it may be slightly yellower in color than regular milk, but this does not affect the quality. Because it is a non-homogenized process, the milk fat will float to the top in a creamy form if left to stand for a few days, but this does not affect the quality. Shake well before drinking, or scoop and enjoy as fresh cream. The expiration date is 8 days from the date of manufacture when unopened and stored in the refrigerator.
